The Kappa Beta Gamma Alumnae Association is an organization dedicated to creating a lifelong and worldwide community of alumnae. The Association strives to recognize and affirm the mission and values of Kappa Beta Gamma International Sorority in its alumnae, and to promote in its members increased awareness, pride, participation, and volunteer involvement with Kappa Beta Gamma.
Kappa Beta Gamma International Sorority was founded on January 22, 1917 at Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI. Since the first year of sisterhood, alumnae have played an active role in the sorority. The first known alumnae association was formed in 1926, meeting monthly in the homes of its members. Throughout the years various local alumnae associations were established to provide more opportunities for alumnae involvement. In 2011, the National Alumnae Association (NAA) was created to expand and build up those earlier associations. The name was changed to Kappa Beta Gamma Alumnae Association (KBGAA) in 2014 to better reflect its international membership.
